Thank you to everyone that donated to the Toyota of Seattle Food Express!! The food was delivered to the Pike Market senior center and Downtown food bank.

Our very own Tim Seberson (2nd from left) of TOS sales helped the downtown foodbank early Christmas morning preparing and delivering to those in need. Thanks to Tim and our team for giving to and supporting our community.

Seattle rush-hour traffic: Nation’s 4th-worst

Seattle has the nation’s fourth-worst rush-hour traffic, according to a new ranking by a Chicago traffic and navigation service.

Only New York, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco have worse rush-hour traffic than Seattle, according to Navteq, which also ranked the nation’s slowest freeways during rush hour. Seattle didn’t have one freeway in that top 10, which was led by New York City’s northbound Brooklyn Battery Tunnel and its eastbound Washington Bridge.

Following Seattle on the list of the nation’s worst rush hours were Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta and Houston.

THE FOOD EXPRESS!! AT TOYOTA OF SEATTLE

Let’s help do our part to “DRIVE OUT” hunger 2010. This truck is on the showroom floor at Toyota. We will attempt to fill the bed with non perishable goods that will be donated to the Food Lifeline.

We will have sheets in the back of the truck that say “ I’m on board with the food express”. When you make your donation please put your name on a sheet and tape it somewhere on the truck.

Let’s fill this to the brim!!

Designed primarily at Calty Design Research in Newport Beach, California, major updates for 2011 include:

Upping your cool factor. Styling changes, including a sleek new grille and fenders, let you make a statement all around town.

Added comfort and versatility. The manual rear climate control keeps everyone in the back happy, while the standard 50/50 split third-row seat lets you switch from a carload of passengers to plenty of cargo capability in seconds.
